Resident Access Portal
We are keen to improve the access to information we provide for residents via the Housing section of our website:
One idea we are investigating, is to provide resident specific information via a secure login. This will provide information in much the same way that you might logon to your bank account information.
We should stress that we are not proposing that this system is to replace any service we deliver by other means, for example we still intend to provide you with rent account statements through the post every 3 months.
Examples of the type of information we should be able to make available include:
- Your rent balance
- Your contact details (so you can check that we are holding the correct phone number for example)
- The date your kitchen is due for replacement
- The date your bathroom is due for replacement
- The date your windows are due for replacement
- Your weekly rent charge
- Your weekly service charges
We are already in consultation with various resident groups and would welcome further feedback.
