Swine Flu

There is growing concern about the presence of Swine Flu in a number of countries and the World Health Organisation have now declared a Pandemic.

If you have just returned from a country affected by the disease, please follow the advice from the Health Protection Agency (external link).

Just to remind you, it is safe to eat pork meat and pork products - of course all meat should be cooked thoroughly to kill harmful bacteria.
