Comments, Suggestions, Compliments & Complaints

We are always looking for ways of improving the quality of our service. Your comments help us do this. We also want to know when something has gone wrong with a service so we can put it right.

For your guidance, a complaint is defined as something the Council or its staff have failed to do or not done to your satisfaction. Other matters, such as Planning breaches, noisy neighbours etc. should be referred to the relevant section of this website.
